Approval Sought to Redevelop Robin Rug Mill Complex
Brady Sullivan Properties, LLC, is seeking Town approval to redevelop the Thames Street Robin Rug complex to include 151 rental units and a small number of retail outlets. The development includes 150 interior parking spaces and 150 exterior spaces in lots near the building complex. The project will be named Bristol Yarn Mill.

Two Zoom meetings relating to Robin Rug are scheduled this week that interested parties may wish to attend.
Tuesday, June 8, 7 pm
Town department leaders will walk through the complex on a tour led by the developer. The walk through will be live via Zoom and the public can join.

Thursday, June 10, 7PM
The Bristol Planning Board meeting includes a “Concept Plan Review/Pre-Application” presentation of the new development. The Planning Board agenda notes that the developer’s proposal “includes a request for an amendment to the original Change of Zone conditions” issued in 2008, which limited the project residential units to 98.
